This terminology will need to evolve to be more inclusive as the field expands to include gestational people whose sex and gender do not match.
So, the “terminology will need to evolve to be more inclusive”. The last sentence seems crazy to me.
Yes. I was too kind. Even if they use “women” to mean women they have clearly drunk the Kool-aid, and use “women” to mean women only because a more trans-favourable terminology hasn’t been sufficiently widely adopted yet.
