Repeat after me: get tf out of here

Gosh, I remember when NOW was a feminist organization. Now it’s all about men, and telling women to do what men tell them.

How is it white supremacy? What does it even have to do with white supremacy?

As for patriarchy – no, NationalNOW, what’s patriarchy is lying through your teeth about women who refuse to sign up to a religion that deifies men who say they are women. You’re the ones who are going belly-up for men; we are saying No.

I remember when making the world a better place meant arguing rationally about why things should change, not bossily shouting REPEAT AFTER ME followed by some word salad. When you can’t change people’s minds, try brainwashing them, I guess.

Riley is a blonde, white woman. Hitler was a man who believed in the supremacy of a blond, white race. Therefore, Riley is a Nazi and everything she’s associated with is white supremacy. QED

I’d say aside from being a rightoid and a Twitter bully, she’s also a jock and thus utterly contemptible.

So one of those things would lend itself to patriarchy but it’s hardly compelling.

The plaintiffs are Riley Gaines, nine other named athletes (six are swimmers, two are track athletes, and one is a tennis player), two unnamed swimmers, one unnamed track athlete, and one unnamed volleyball athlete.

“Weaponizing womanhood against other women”: well, gee, if these others were actually other women, how would it possible to “weaponize womanhood” against them?

NOW tweeted this a few days ago (bolding mine):

From #menstruation to #menopause, #womenshealth is finally being studied. Hopefully this will signal better treatment of women in medicine, especially for women of color and trans women.

But Sackbut (@7), that makes perfect sense. After all the men is right there in the topics.
