The day after September 11 2001, I contacted my American co-worker in my then job and told her how sad I was that this tragedy has happened. She thanked me.
If I knew any Americans in person now, I would say a similar consolation to them.
Mostly Cloudy, of course most Americans who could be bothered to vote got exactly what they wanted. I think I’ll save my sympathy for the Ukrainians…
Bartender, that’s not quite accurate. Trump didn’t receive a majority of the votes, let alone most of them. He got about 49%. There were a lot of people voting who are not getting what they asked for.
Fair enough. That’s still far too many though…

Not to mention that Zelensky is on very public record as having thanked the US government and people at least 33 times prior to this event. Oh, a lie from the Trump administration, how unusual.
