In practice, others don’t stand with trans people so much as they are stood upon by trans people. Allies are only such to the extent that they can be used to advance the genderist agenda; it’s a one way street, a parasitic relationship rather than a mutual or collegial one. Just look at the blatant homophobia that is used against the LGB part of the Rainbow Glitter LGBTetc. “community.” That doesn’t say “alliance” to me.
