Good Law Project aka Jolyon Maugham exclaims Trans people must be allowed to have children.
But sir, trans people have had their child-making bits removed or rendered nugatory.
The Gender Recognition Panel is refusing to legally recognise trans people’s affirmed gender if they’re trying to conceive children. But that breaches their human rights.
Does it? How? Is legal recognition of “affirmed” aka fake “gender” a human right? It seems a good deal too niche to be a right. It may be a right according to the Jolyons of the world, but that’s not really definitive.
Good Law Project has appeared at the High Court to support a man who has been denied his gender recognition certificate. The Gender Recognition Panel rejected his application, saying that because he was trying to conceive, he had not been living as a man.
See, that just underlines what a consignment of geriatric shoe manufacturers all this is. What tf does “living as a man” even mean? Is it like children living as someone off the tv by thinking it inside their heads? Bullshit in, bullshit out, so a bullshit “gender certificate” is going to remain bullshit whether the man is trying to conceive or trying to count the hairs on his chest.
Isn’t trying to conceive literally the most “living as a woman” thing a woman could possibly do?

But sex and gender are completely different, right? What does someone’s “gender identity” have to do with their sex? A GRC should have no bearing on things pertaining to “sex” for the simple reason that it can’t. It should have no bearing on sex based rights, spaces, positions, and opportunities. It should be a meaningless membership card to a club that gives you absolutely nothing. It should not impinge on any one else, ever, at all. Instead, it’s become a licence to invade, violate, cheat, and steal. It is used to force people, under pain of legal sanction, to partake in the delusions of others.
All those men with GRCs claiming to be women? Still men. Still should be barred from female spaces. Never should have been allowed into female spaces in the first place. But try telling these men that, and suddenly “sex” and “gender” are conveniently the same thing, that changing “gender” means they’ve magically changed sex, and denying them access to female spaces is a crime against humanity, and a short step away from trans genocide.
To the extent that GRCs have allowed men to access spaces where they would not legally have been permitted, they have been, thanks to Stonewall Law, literally, a “Stay Out of Jail Card”. The UK Supreme Court ruling is going to help remedy that, but there are lots of people and organizations happy to defy the law, to let men keep on claiming women’s spaces, trampling women’s rights. That “Self ID” proposals would do away with even this sham procedure shows just how dangerously entitled trans activism is.

Jolly is deranged. The only people trying to prevent “trans people” from having children are the doctors sterilizing people with transgender ideation and the activists egging them on.
Correctly referring to a birthing mother as a woman, and a mother, does not prevent her from having children. If it did the human race would be extinct already. Jolly and his ilk are just having a snit about doctors not including the special trans religious terms in the birthing room.
He’s likely to get people killed if he succeeds (which, thankfully, he won’t, because he’s like the Ignatius J. Reilly of lawyers). Can you imagine two fat people arriving at the hospital and the one who says she’s the dad told to hang out in the waiting room when all along she’s actually the pregnant mother? The one who says he’s the mother is stripped down to a johnny, but actual there’s a wee willie down there crowning, not a baby?
Playtime should really be over when you get to the hospital. Lying to doctors kills people. Good thing Jolly only identifies as competent.

It also doesn’t prevent her from dressing as she wants and “presenting” as male. She should go ahead, knock herself out. Nobody’s going to stop her. Hell, chances are that guys won’t notice or care if she’s using the men’s room. Taking testosterone, however, is another story, as using wrong-sex hormones in order to become her “authentic” self runs the risk of endangering the development of her child.
