Toilets, as inanimate objects, are neither male or female. People however, are either sane or insane.

I would say that it is with a disproportionate sense of ‘dignity and respect’ – since by using the women’s restrooms, he is denying dignity and respect to the women who might need to use the women’s restroom and need to have privacy, without women there.
Dignity and respect? Oh, yes, must do that for trans. For women? Go away, leave us alone, and don’t bother us by being publicly female.
Apparently women have no dignity that anyone needs to be concerned with.
