Euan identifies as a legal expert.

Why hasn’t Julie Bindel been arrested and charged for saying something Euan Weddell doesn’t like?
It’s an outrage!
Also, never mind is two words.

How can you possibly genocide men who have castrated themselves? They come pre-genocided.
So, what did Julie Bindel say that was so incendiary and genocidal? He doesn’t include that in his post.
I’m pretty sure the Telly has a legal department that vets articles for publication. The Mal Comms Act doesn’t care about “incendiary language;” it addresses “indecent or grossly offensive” language. I’d be surprised if Legal missed this one.
The Telly didn’t just roll out of bed yesterday.

They never do. We’re supposed to take their word for it. They say “JUMP!” and we’re supposed to as “How high?”
EVIL! MONSTERS!! ATTACK!!!
Ours not to reason why….
If Bindel was actually advocating violence and genocide, the most damning and powerful weapons Euan could use against her would be her own words. Since he does not do this, we are left with Ophelia’s conclusion, that the only thing that Bindel is guilty of is “saying something Euan Weddell doesn’t like”. For the moment at least, he should probably hold off on hitching up that tumbrel.
