This guy is an academic, a lecturer at Queen Mary University in London.

What he means is that women who object to men strangling women are prudes, and women who cheer men strangling women are down women. He offered this “chart” in the context of a discussion of men strangling women as a “kink”. Not people strangling each other, mind you, but specifically men strangling women. He thinks women who object to men strangling women are prudes. And he says so on social media. And he’s an academic.
