On the subject of The Donald, you are all by now probably aware that in Britain the word ‘trump’ not only means to get the better of, it is also a polite way of saying ‘fart’.
My grandsons were over yesterday and the eldest, aged 7, suddenly released a rather loud emission then said “Excuse me, the president’s calling”!
