Doesn’t he realize by now (after all these years on TV) that it is standard practice to tape a lot more than you are going to use? When I talked to a reporter for 20 minutes one year on Earth Day, they cut me down to less than a minute, and cut it in such a way that I said what they wanted me to say instead of what I said…that’s SOP. He might as well get used to it.
