The location presents a problem. Though Parliament Square would be an ideal place, the Palace of Westminster authorities have the final say on what is placed there and the blokes would, very likely, always find something more important (sic) to think about.
Just don’t let them put Lady Astor there rather that the women who did the actual fighting!
chigau @ 2 – oh yes, yes I did. I didn’t know about them ahead of time, so they were a very pleasant surprise. They’re very there – not tucked away in a corner but out in the open, where you really can’t miss them if you’re exploring Parliament Hill at all. Thank you for reminding me.
