According to Barr, presidents can now order WH lawyers to change their testimony to federal investigators in order to state things that are factually false and its not obstruction or suborning perjury. Future WH staffers, please take note. #BarrHearing

Thanks for this summary of some of the hearing. I’ve been listening to it myself and noting how Barr is downplaying Trump’s actual actions when saying there was no obstruction. Some of the Republican Senators (Cornyn, Grassley) put on a sideshow of blaming the FBI for various things as well, like not warning Trump back in 2016 about Russian interference in the election, when in fact the FBI did warn both the Trump and Clinton campaigns about it: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/fbi-warned-trump-2016-russians-would-try-infiltrate-his-campaign-n830596
It is so odd. I never in my life thought I would see the FBI and the left being on the same side on something…things do go rather upside down when Trump is around, don’t they?
