On the one hand, “nobody is erasing sex”. On the other hand, we have Pink News saying that it’s somehow a disgusting lie that female (you know, the sex word and not the gender word) people are the only ones who can get cancer in a structure only found in female people.
And why is it never offensive to say that only male people can get cancer in structures only found in male people?
Now hang on just a dog darned minute. Why does medical care have to be based on biology? After all, we know that Biology is just some stuff some pointy heads made up to explain why sharks can’t run as fast as they can swim.
What’s the big deal about cervical cancer? All Cancers Matter!
Uh… the fellas at PN think cervical screening is done by a nurse with some (but not all) of her hair in a hair net, by shoving a microscope between someone’s knees? Why am I not surprised.
Trans men are apparently male now. So there’s no such thing as being “transgender.” They’re “trans-sexuals.”
I was getting kind of sick of hearing about gender, anyway. Good they’re retiring it. Much clearer.
