Today in disgusting: #RIPJKRowling is what they call “trending” on Twitter. That’s nice; that’s progressive; that’s humane; that’s decent.
I’m pretty sure Twitter could tweak something so that it would no longer be “trending” but Twitter of course has chosen not to do that, instead adding a smirky “no JKRowling is not dead.” No, she’s just being bullied and abused on social media for not agreeing that men who say they are women are literally women.

I don’t suppose that there is any objective test to differentiate between a “cis” man who dresses as a woman and a transwoman who dresses as a woman. Is there? Bueller?

It would appear to be their way of signalling that Rowling has got to them, and though their medium is their message, they can’t deal with it. So they dog whistle the twitterati goons to put in the boot.
Which is one reason I never go there. But still, twitter serves as a handy garbage bin, I’ll give them that.

Crossdresser. What in the hell do we need “cis man who dresses as a woman” for? So they can label anyone who is “cis” as transphobic or trans exclusionary, that’s what. “Cis” is just another word for “non trans person that is hated by the trans cult.” That unpacked rather easily? :)
We need a dictionary of trans cult victimhood terminology. Here, I’ll start…
Cis_ (prefix-like) = Non trans person that is hated by the trans cult.
Let’s be clear who’s doing the hating here.
This is why we hate the label and will not use it.
Trans athlete = A male scrub who competes in female categories under the victimhood status of trans.
TERF = Any feminist who is not part of the trans cult, and so is hated by the trans cult by default.

A “woke” friend expressed her fury today about this latest Robert Galbraith book (RG = the pen name JKR uses for this series, in case anyone was unaware). I haven’t read any of the Cormoran Strike books yet, but now I will read some of them. I am furious about the fury.
(Unrelated, another friend used “woke” unironically. It always pulls me up short to see it used that way now.)
