The eyeless women have it

And even more creepily, the cartoon women have no eyes.

Wtf is that about? Laydee because hair n lipstick but front of head above nostrils is BLANK SPACE.

But don’t worry – it’s actually a brilliant tactic to make real people think abortion matters because it’s not just for those boring blank women.

So if that makes sense then it makes sense to stop talking about women’s rights entirely, because women are too marginal.

I’ve noticed in similar cartoons that Muslim women are alllllways drawn with a hijab. It’s disheartening, how much young progressives seem willing to concede while they still consider themselves progressive.

Because once you explain to patriarchal governments that abortion also affects trans and binary people, they’re get right on with legalizing it. They’re very woke about such things.

Abortion is a universal human right. Its marginalisation as uniquely a “women’s issue” has made it easier for patriarchal governments to restrict it by failing to acknowledge the positive impact of its availability on all groups, inc men, trans and non-binary people.

Oh sure, if only those conservative governments had been told way back when that trans men can still be pregnant, making it a men’s issue too. I’m sure those conservative governments would have fallen over themselves to acknowledge trans men as men… right? Because they’d be on the side of any female calling themselves a man and deserving of men’s privileges. Conservative governments are famous for that.

    Fucking numpties.

If they’re trying to be inclusive of transmen, then the drawings are completely inaccurate as transmen typically have stereotypically male clothes, hair, etc.
