But…Rowling’s tweet wasn’t about children in any direct way. And changing the subject to Rotherham is a reach. Certainly its legitimate to point out that ‘community’ appeasement and trans-worship are strikingly similar. But the mere allusion isn’t enough.

But it’s not a mere allusion, he says what the connection is.
Some of the ideology of trans activism is in tension with the whole idea of safeguarding.
