Devastating to see
It’s all so maddeningly circular.
How can you be an activist to end violence against women and girls and at the same time insist that men who call themselves women are not men? How can you be an activist to end violence against women and girls if you don’t know which people are women and girls? How can you be an activist to end violence against women and girls if you think some men are women? How do you even know where to begin? Or who needs your activism?
Also I think that bullshit about women’s organizations fearing they’ll be sued by feminists is just that: bullshit.
That was my instant thought upon reading that. When, exactly, have feminists sued anyone, anywhere, ever, for supporting this trans madness? If anyone is being vilified, it’s the gender critical women, not the trans activists. The social gushing and acceptance of All Things Trans is positively ubiquitous–something that I wouldn’t even necessarily care about, if they weren’t simultaneously sidelining women and chipping away at hard-fought rights.
I think I would, because it is also sidelining education, especially science.
I would, because of the endless bullshit and the endless pushing and bullying and the endless soppy piety and distraught sympathy and all the rest of it. It’s a huge edifice of bad stupid ideas and bad stupid rhetoric and bad stupid thinking. It’s a lie, and there’s massive social pressure to agree with the lie. Nope nope nope.
The only group I see suing willy nilly is that Good Law outfit. Who just lost their latest.
