Ludicrous, fucked up, shaming, disgusting. Lifelong criminal appoints judges who then protect him from consequences of his lifelong crimes. This country doesn’t work.

Oh really? Then what does she think her role looks like? I can help: not like fairness and integrity.
Wasn’t that the whole point, the whole reason Trump became president? I mean, aside from the wish to spite Obama for being black?
Oh no. Ego trip, power trip, narcissism, rage, greed, vanity – he had lots of reasons of that kind.
As I see it, Trump looks like the last proverbial straw, and the one crisis too many for the good old US Constitution, in place since June 21, 1788. So far, it has lasted 234 years, and although not yet quite ready for the dismantler’s yard, it could certainly use a trip to the panel-beater’s. Dents all over it.
Fucked up indeed. Are thieves routinely given “the appearance of fairness” when it comes to deciding just how much of the property they have stolen they must return? If someone breaks into your home, is there a process of adjudication that determines exactly how much of your house the intruder is allowed to occupy?
Trump’s “declassifying” doesn’t make the stolen documents any less “classified.” He’s no more qualified to “declassify” documents than he is to practice medecine. Despite his belief to the contrary, his powers, even when he had them, were not absolute, nor were they magical.

And to restate the obvious, even if he had magically declassified them, they don’t belong to him. So they’re stolen, case closed.
