When Trump went judge shopping

Some lawyery opinions.

This item is especially creepy – she’s like a robot they created especially for the purpose of shielding Trump from the law.

Why is judge shopping allowed at all? If crooks can just find a crooked judge anywhere in the country to block criminal investigations, how can the legal system work?

So the DoJ appeal is doomed to fail? So Trump is going to walk away? (And then steal the next election and do an Orban?)

This is grotesque.

Cannon’s order will go down as part of the judicial anticannon — the body of decisions […] that lawyers use for generations to teach students how NOT to wield the judicial power.

    With any luck…

Anticanon, unless Tribe believes they should not be fired out of a piece of artillery.

Colin Day, beat me to it. If that’s the case, Tribe is more generous than I am. I think Trump, the judge, and all the lawyers on his side should be fired out of cannons.

I think “anticannon” was a play on the judge’s name.
