Okay, great. Now do men invading women’s sports. The question remains, how can you tell who’s “actually” trans and who isn’t? What’s the secret? It would be great if Whittle could share her magic trans specs (or whatever she’s using) with medical doctors in order to reduce the number of detransitioners mutilating themselves for no good reason.
Maybe she’s decided to go for the lesser of two evils? She’s giving up the sanctity of self-ID idea to protect the reputation of the trans “community.” By admitting that most of these sex offenders are opportunistic male predators “pretending” to be trans, then their existence and behaviour can’t be counted against trans folk. I just hope none of those crimes end up being added to female crime statistics. Maybe Whittle could look into that?

No, no, no! Self-ID is more infallible than 2+2=4! Anyone who claims to be a woman is definitely – by definition – a woman entitled to automatic, unlimited access to women’s bathrooms, changing rooms, showers, jails, domestic abuse and rape shelters etc. No one who isn’t a trans woman would ever claim to be one, and the only reason anyone could possibly suggest othewise is because they’re Nazis motivated entirely by blind genocidal hatred of trans people.
It’s just that any self-identified trans woman found guilty of sexual offenses is not really a Scots.. uh.. trans woman, but only passing themselves off as such as an alibi, which, once again, never happens. Get it now?
What if they pass the Whittle Test, is there some kind of certification process?
Denying the validity of some transwomen is one thing but also
actively supporting the genocidal act of conversion therapy.
Amazing how quickly a flack can go from “A man would never falsely define himself as a transwoman in order to get away with things” to “All those men who are defining themselves as transwomen are doing so falsely in order to get away with things” when confronted with the astounding rate of sex crimes of self-defined transwomen.
I think the Whittle Test is only retrospective, though: every man who says he’s a transwoman is 100% a woman, unless he has been convicted, in which case he was faking it all along.
