As an MP, I would have expected him to know that the UK does not have a constitution in the way the US or AU have. Its political system is made up of a variety of laws, precedents, and conventions. None of these are bound in a single document, and can be changed at the whim of the Parliament.
Um, no, that’s currently the Democrat line, at least the part about minorities. Both parties accuse each other of attempting to destroy democracy.
