We ‘obsess’ about trans because they threaten our rights. We have continued working on things like violence against women, trafficking, and abortion, all the issues (including global warming). We are able to walk and chew gum at the same time.
Besides, it’s all interrelated. The threats trans women pose are not imaginary and they include rape and violence against women.

And in fact when women have gathered to talk about such things the TRAs have protested and harassed them, tried to prevent meetings and conferences from occurring, tried to shut them down when they have. Apparently because GC women aren’t allowed to do anything at all.

Someone’s going to have to explain to me how burning Harry Potter books was so much more effective at countering Andrew Tate’s toxic ideology….
Who’s blaming trans people for Andrew Tate? Is that even a thing?
What, exactly, counts as “hate crime,” and “against LGBTQ+ people”? Show “before” and “after” numbers, please, which factually demonstrate the “skyrocketing” of such “hate crime” being actually committed against L people, G people, B people, T people, Q people, and “+” people (define each category). When calling a man “he” counts as a “hate crime,” or posting a sticker stating the rate of actual violence against women counts as a “hate crime” (1 crime per sticker? Wow! Skyrocketing hate crime!), that’s not comparable to actual violence against women.
Well, at least the stickers (and unkind tweets) are real unlike the epidemic of murders of trans people that the TRAs never, ever, claimed was happening. That, I suppose, is progress.

GC women are responsible for Andrew Tate? Wow, that’s a real doozy! If this is true, imagine what else could be the fault of the GC’s, for which we’ve heretofore had no good explanation? Bill Barr’s haircut. The price of tea in China. The irregular orbit of Pluto. People putting an “o” on the word “possum”. Climate change. HEINZ BEANS.
If GC women hadn’t prevented Andrew Tate from accepting the truth of gender, then he wouldn’t have committed these crimes against women… just against not-men.

WOW! The centuries old, worldwide issue of male violence against women was JUST around the corner from being solved forever and completely? We just had to put in a few more years and earth would be a paradise free from all forms of female oppression and suffering IF we had only not got side-tracked by opposing the newest subgroup of men making our lives miserable?
Wonder why the last dozen decades or so of women and some men fighting violence against women had only grindingly slow progress and only in certain cultures but the past 3 years would have been some blinding miracle of progress worldwide?
