Sonia Sodha is unimpressed by Stonewall’s tantrum.
More on why we should all be glad the EHRC is doing its job rather than adopting wholesale the controversial & discriminatory Stonewall worldview that gender identity should effectively replace sex in law and society.https://t.co/896p2s1nwN

Dennis Kavanagh same.
1/ Firmly in the category of national joke, Stonewall now determine to become an international one. Domestic irrelevance/laughing stock status means this failing gender borg cube now has to appeal to niche international audiences populated by fellow gendocrats. pic.twitter.com/NsnifpnTPo

I am indeed starting to think that the trans borg cube is on the verge of exploding. (When those things go they really go.) I’m fairly active on Quora and a year or so ago any mention of JKR would have been anathema at least in my little mainly left-of-centre bubble. But just recently someone posted a question accusing Rowling of being a bludger (to use the Australian lingo – I believe the American term used was something like “welfare queen”) and people started spontaneously rallying to her support, while of course assuring everyone that they didn’t agree with her “terfiness”. (But at this point that has become merely performative.) For once, I was able to make what I hope were some strategic interventions thanks to what I’ve learnt here.
To return to the Star Trek metaphor you might want to raise your shields. The fallout from the explosion is going to make for a bumpy ride.
“the belief that sex remains relevant to antisemitism.”
Boy, I read that wrong.
