Good gosh. The book is actually titled “In My Daddy’s Belly”. How, um, wonderful. I saw the Y on the back of the woman’s jacket, and thought “Y indeed?”.

I wonder if the Y is meant to symbolise the male chromosome, implying that the couple are a lesbian pair, Y being, of course, a ‘lesbian’ transwoman. Nice stereotype of the ‘butch’ lesbian, too.
Why does that picture remind me so much of the utopian pictures that one sees in religious tracts, usually from the Watchtower/JW* publishers?

I think the symbol on the jacket is the old peace symbol. Could be wrong.
No I’m wrong, the peace symbol is the other way around & has a straight line all the way through.

So if she’s wearing an upside down peace sign, does that mean (a) she is opposed to peace, or (b) she is ignorant of cultural phenomena that preceded her generation, or (c) she is special?
