It’s always been unclear to me, but isn’t Chaz the King/Reigning monarch and his spouse is just Princess Consort or something? What circumstances dictate that in England?
It’s always unclear to me, too, but apparently Camilla was granted the title Queen Consort by the late Queen Elizabeth, and Camilla will always have the title Queen Consort by virtue of being married to a sitting King, but Queen Consorts are referred to as “Queen” plus their first name.
