I hadn’t meant to detract from or undermine the vital point you made which was that Jolyon’s support for trans ideology is risk-free and cheap. The rights and safety he’s giving away so freely are not his own, and he’s sacrificing other people’s well being to polish his own halo. My apologies if that was what my comment did.

That’s suspected as a major motivator for so many of the revanchist trans crowd. Those who’ve sold their minds to appease one of their own children may never be able to accept the truth. So far, it seems that the reality based community has been reluctant to ‘out’ such people. But, just like all the foot-tapping Republicans, ‘outing’ may be the best strategy.
