Hypnotits is Zack Polanski, leader of the Green Party of England & Wales. At one point he worked as a hypnotherapist, and one of the services he offered was breast enlargement by hypnosis.

“Dissolutioned” is a rather charming nonce word. It would seem to mean either “having been redivided into its component ingredients” or “having the formerly solved problems return back to their state of being unsolved”.
(Yes, I know he means “disillusioned”. Doesn’t make the nonce word any less nice.)

I find myself utterly unsurprised that a charlatan hypnotist became the leader of a Green Party. Sad, but unsurprised.
