Literally chop the bones out

But this is a very healthy, beneficent, progressive, lovely, not at all sick ideology.

Brianna Wu is living proof that there *is* a difference between males and females.

The more extremes he goes to in his futile attempt to get all the maleness out of his body, the more he’s proving that male and female body differences *matter*.

He’s sexually averse to male bodies because he’s a straight man, and male bodies give him the ick. But his sexual desire has a glitch and it’s target-locked onto his own body. So he’s desperate to convince himself that his own body is female and not male, in order to quell the male-body sexual ick, and in order to conjure the romantic and erotic euphoria that female bodies elicit in his mind.

This actually reveals a direct conflict between the goals of AGP transsexuals and those of the homosexual male variety: the young gay guys who “go trans” are trying to say that males who don a feminine appearance are, for practical purposes, the same as “real women”. They argue this, because they want to be seen on the dating market as viable prospects to the straight men they covet. At least until quite recently, many homosexual transsexuals had no trouble admitting that they’re biologically male. They simply argued that it shouldn’t matter that they’re biologically male.

But the AGPs continually demonstrate that this is not how reality works. It’s not enough to simply don a feminine appearance in order to tick the right boxes of heterosexual male desire: the men who are attracted to themselves insist that their bodies are truly, biologically in the same cateogory as females because anything less than the 100% real thing simply doesn’t quell the ick they feel. They are, in effect, saying, Of course it matters that I’m biologically male! I would never be attracted to a biological male, which is why I absolutely refuse to admit that I myself am biologically male and I will destroy anyone who says otherwise.

Sometimes they play word games around the definitions of male, female, man, and woman, but the thing that AGPs always insist is that there are, in fact, two categories of human bodies, and the one they absolutely must fit their own body into is the one that has all the females in it, because that’s the one that their brains are reacting positively to.

The poor gays and lesbians and autistics and “trans allies”, meanwhile, spend their days insisting that the trans movement’s goal is to break the binary categories, while the AGPs are doing everything in their power to reinforce it.

    What a mess.

    Yikes. That is a mess.

I’m afraid that there will never be enough body modifications to relieve Wu’s distress, because the problem isn’t in the body but in the mind.

Beside the main point, admittedly, but… I have anatomical questions. Where are those bones from? They look like sections of long bones, but at the width they appear to be they’d have to be bones of the forearm? Looks like two sections from an ulna and one from a radius? Why on earth would you shorten your forearms specifically? Or am I way off in my understanding of bone sizes? Having disproportionately short forearms is hardly a stereotypical female body type… I’m just so confused by what I’m looking at :-/

He could have just grabbed a photo via Google Images for all I know. He’s plenty warped enough.

    @ArtyMorty –

Yes: what you say here is a good gloss on the outright weirdness of the phrase “my body affected by testosterone”.

Wu’s gone beyond the “woman trapped in a man’s body” trope; the claim now seems to be that he’s got a woman’s body trapped in a man’s body.

AGPs like Wu remind me of this old joke:

“Mommy, where do trans women come from?”

“Well, darling, when a man loves himself very, VERY, much…..”

I wonder if Brianna is aware every bone in his body is “affected by testosterone”.
