Man who asked

Outrageous BBC headline of the week, or year.

Grabbing a woman’s hair and leaning on her is not “asking her for a kiss”. What tf is wrong with the people at the Beeb? Are they recruited from the mysterious Institute for Misogynist Shits?

There ought to be a Tracy Ullman test for journalists and police regarding sexual assault and rape (see here). They should ask themselves, “If this were a mugging or a murder, what would I do?” I doubt they would write that someone convicted of robbery was sentenced for asking for money.

Or write that someone convicted of murder was sentenced for asking the victim to suicide.

“Your honor, when I said ‘Gimme all your money,’ that was just a whimsical suggestion.”

    Now the headline says:

Man who grabbed woman’s hair and asked for kiss sentenced in legal first

In the story…prior history, stalking, alcohol

Good! Maybe if this happens a few thousand more times the Beeb will get a clue.
