At long last, Jolyon, have you no sense of shame? Do you never stop to wonder why you keep filming yourself telling people to hate and damage institutions you don’t like?
What I don’t get (one thing about him I don’t get) is why and how he doesn’t see how skin-crawlingly awful he is when he watches himself talking shit like this. It’s not as if it’s subtle.
He’s a bit like Maggie Smith as the Dowager Countess of Grantham. Pompous, de haut en bas, profoundly satisfied with Self. The Dowager, however, had some charm along with the pomposity. Joly on the other hand is nothing but pomposity.
