Donnie Two-Scoops wants to buy Greenland.
In meetings, at dinners and in passing conversations, Mr. Trump has asked advisers whether the U.S. can acquire Greenland, listened with interest when they discuss its abundant resources and geopolitical importance and, according to two of the people, has asked his White House counsel to look into the idea.
I can see it now – casinos, golf courses, condo towers with DONALD TRUMP in letters 60 feet high, shooting ranges stocked with the last remaining elephants and lions, McDonalds and Burger King on every corner, only white people allowed.

White House aide #1: “Uh, I think we have a problem, sir. According to Wikipedia, Greenland’s population is only 12% white, and 88% Inuit.”

I’m on board with making Greenland white again, if by “white” you mean “mostly ice-covered”.

Wow. Greenland is a sore spot for Denmark.
It’s a country in its own right, but forms a commonwealth with Denmark.
It has national sovereignty, but has to abide by Danish foreign policy,and the two nations are intertwined in a myriad of ways.
Denmark has had Greenland as a colony for years, faring no better than other colonial nations.
We’ve tried to educate their children by kidnapping them. To move whole villages around at our whim. Generally been cruel and reprehensible in every way.
The US has or had a base on Greenland, and lost a couple of nukes, and had the populace clean up with no protection, covering the whole affair up.
As of today, Greenland is suffering under extreme rates of child molestation, teen pregnancy and other social ills.
So yeah, let’s try selling the nation, trading in people is something good right?
