This was the TRA who spent most of the protest pressing a button on that loud…hailer….? Is that what they’re called? That played the indistinct recorded message “keep hate off our streets.” At least half a dozen people asked me what it was saying, it was so hard to make out.

This was also the TRA who tried to barge into the crowd just behind me, where there was a woman and a small baby. Thankfully, the brilliant Belstaffie had her eyes open and moved both to safety.
And yet we were the ones accused of red-faced screaming hatred. Of course we were.
The man in the red shirt, who was also trying to push into the crowd earlier, is clearly trying to incite an obviously confused man into violence. As you can see in the original video, he very nearly succeeded.

Some people have suggested that the man in the checked shirt could be Cathy Brennan, who is the man who assaulted Julie Bindel. It does look like him, but hard to tell with the mask. People are looking into it.

The man with the walking frame has a history of demanding that women politicians be put to death, recorded a video of himself on the way to the protests, arguably promising violence to the women there and has now tweeted saying he’s too frightened of the world to go out.
This is very definitely someone with problems, but it doesn’t mean he’s not also a nasty piece of work.
The TRA who charged a woman and screamed “witch” in her face recorded themselves walking to the protest, saying, “We have to put the TERFs in their place”, and “they won’t know what’s coming to them”, referring to women as “evil” and “demonic”.
Here he is calling Liz Truss a demon, too (also, bitch), and hoping she is put to death:

For my part, I found those teeth the most distracting element of the footage. Yikes.
