Hi, I'm Lee. At Halifax, we strive for inclusion and equality. Giving our colleagues the option to add their pronouns on their badge, helps to create an inclusive environment for our customers and colleagues.
We strive for inclusion, equality and quite simply, in doing what’s right. If you disagree with our values, you’re welcome to close your account. ^AndyM

I anticipate a meeting for AndyM with upper management real soon now, as I’m sure they’d be happy to have those disagreeing with him putting money in their bank.
I think that meeting probably happened within seconds.

I closed my Halifax account some years ago, but not for that reason (we didn’t have vanity pronouns then). However, it I still had it this would tip the balance in favour of closing it.
But anyway, what an appalling response from Halifax. Let’s piss off millions of women (and many men) if it keeps Stonewall happy.

I have to wonder: is it really an “option”, or is there a certain minimum amount of flair that one has to wear at Halifax?

Hahahahaha I hadn’t even thought of flair.
