Looks like only the eBook is currently available here in the U.S. When the hardcover comes available, I’ll be among the first to order, or pre-order.

This book has been almost 3 years in the making, and I got to play a wee part in its development. I’ve had the fortune of watching this baby incubate and grow and change and get better and better… I’m so excited that it’s finally coming out!

I’d love to order from the publisher, but at 20 GBP for the book and 45 GBP for shipping (NZ$136), that’s not happening. Hope it sells well though.
