What a chickenshit thing to say. There’s no “nuance.” There’s no “ambiguity.” There’s nothing for any listener to “interpret differently.” It’s direct, explicit, and unmistakable. Kick (certain) women all day, because you don’t like their protected political views.

I took the time years ago to listen to Skrewdriver, the band that went from Oi!-style pub rock to straight up violent white supremacy (I never paid for their music, natch). They actually wrote catchy singalong tunes, and I could imagine the BBC in an alternate universe playing one of their anthems with the line “Kick n—— all day, don’t break a sweat”.
