For the benefit of those of us who don’t follow talking heads: Who is that guy, and what was the occasion on which he said that? (I mean, I grok from the context that he’s some sort of Trump flunkie).
Ah that’s Milo Yiannopoulos. He’s not strictly speaking a Trump flunky, but his boss at Breitbart is. Sorry for not saying – I did a post about the interview from which these shots originate the other day so just assumed without thinking that he’d be recognizable from that.

The occasion was an interview on Channel4 (UK) in which he kept trying to talk over the interviewer, Cathy Newman.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the face he’s making in the first photo is just his normal resting face.
