“Great” in what sense? How are we supposed to know when the meeting was closed and no one took notes? “Great” from whose point of view? Great for the world, great for the US and Russia, great for Trump? We don’t know, we have no way of knowing, but this notorious liar expects us to take his word for it.

I bet the Russians took notes. But good luck getting our hands on them. Putin is not stupid, just a brutal dictator. Unlike Trump who is stupid and wants to be a brutal dictator.
Well there weren’t any Russians to take notes since there were only the translators present in addition to Don & Volodya and as Maddow pointed out translating is a hard job that leaves no room for note-taking – but word is Putin is sure to have worn a wire. Better than notes!
