Anything about mxn?

They’ve whatnow?

A platform for #films by womxn – meaning what? A platform for films by women and trans women? Then say that – or better, don’t do that. Don’t make women share everything with trans women. Have a platform for films by women and one for films by trans women or trans people. Above all, stop erasing women by using that stupid stupid stupid not-word.

Fool responds:

Government is for all citizens; well no shit, why is that a reason to stop naming women?

How dare you try to whip up a mob against trans-inclusive organisations

Yeah, yeah, the torches and pitchforks will be appearing outside everyfuckingwhere any day now.

The time is coming when the only acceptable answer to “was the person you saw a man or a woman?” will be “I don’t know”.

Or possibly “It was a womxn or a mxn”. I need guidance on this.

We should be able to define ourselves on our own terms

This is what trans activists claim to be fighting for, the right of everyone to define themselves on their own terms. Only it turns out everyone does not include natal women. We must accept whatever definitions trans activists choose for us, because, well, we’re used to it, right? Since we’ve had to accept being defined by men forever? Women are not now, and never have been, allowed to exist on our own terms, but only in relationship to men. We’ve been moving partially past that, but before we can get out of the box, we’re being shoved back in by male-sized hands that claim to belong to women.

Just tell them you wouldn’t want to accidentally misgender the person who hit you over the head and stole your car, because you would be committing ‘actual violence’ against them. I’m sure the police will understand.

Nah, it won’t be “It was a womxn or a mxn,” because it’s ONLY women they’re doing this to.

In other words, that’s our tactic and you can’t use it against us because that would be actual violence.
