Bash bash bash
Christing fuck.
Play the second clip.
Different angle on 1️⃣1️⃣1️⃣ out of Indianapolis
From this view you can see the cop grope the woman he's restraining, that's why she breaks away
Then of course a half dozen cops beat her for not wanting to be groped

Hi. You're probably seeing this pinned tweet because cops are rioting nationwide and I'm trying to keep track

omg, these cops need to be in jail, wtf…
I’ve just noticed – on the third or fourth watch – that for a split second when the camera returns to woman 1 from woman 2, you can see the cop doing to her what Derek Chauvin did to George Floyd – he’s mashing either her neck or her face onto the pavement. The second is too split to be sure which it is, but it’s obviously violent and painful. That’s probably why she gasps “Yes sir…oh…” – she’s in pain.
He let her live though.
Big bad macho cops beating women who aren’t even threatening them. Doesn’t look like they are resisting, hitting back or anything. Fucking cowards with billy clubs and guns.
“Cops are rioting” – excellent synopsis. They just can’t stand any resistance to their authority, and so they are throwing a tantrum en masse.
I mentioned Greg Doucette’s twitter account a day or two back. In addition to that extensive and shocking thread of Police brutality and lawlessness, he has an excellent thread about needed policing reforms and another on the need to trash QI. All are worth a read. He actually ran for Congress on a GOP ticket in 2016 in a safe Democratic district. He repudiated Trump though and has left and repudiated the GOP.
He seems like an interesting guy. Runs a lot of charity fundraisers on Twitter, not afraid to get stuck in on various social and legal issues, even when it results In blowback. He was instrumental in exposing and digging into the Silent Sham deal in NC, various bad dealings by the NC University System BOG and the appalling legal shenanigans in the Vic vs Funimation et al anti-slapp case (the infamous Threadnought).
I suspect there would be political and social matters I’d disagree with him strongly about, but he does seem like a decent human being. Racism really sticks in his craw. For those who use Twitter he’s worth a follow/regular browse. Be warned, he’s a prolific tweeter.
If you want a moment of light relief and impressive leadership, watch this clip…
Cops aren’t going to give up their powers and privileges without a fight.
Recently a Minneapolis city councilman tweeted about the tactics the MPD used to influence city leaders. Apparently, whenever he made a vote or took a position that MPD didn’t like, they would stage a work slowdown in his ward, i.e. not responding to calls. When residents called the MPD to complain, they were told to speak with the councilman.
Tony Soprano would be proud.
Oh yes, so you did. I should have followed your link immediately.
I didn’t mean that to come across as such a I TOLD YOU SO!
More of a – hey, look over there, I saw him too. :-)
Also worth following his alt account @fsckemall if you’re interested in law/police fuckery stuff.
I didn’t take it as an I TOLD YOU SO! I took it as that second thing, plus as an illustration that yous guys tell me a lot of valuable things.
Meanwhile, in Montgomery County, MD (just outside of DC), a cyclist attacked some kids who were posting flyers (video at the link).
I saw a Twitter thread with the video yesterday. Revolting.
