The first rule of patriarchy
Jane Clare Jones is also infuriated by the interruption.

Maybe centring trans women and deliberately trolling women and trying to put them in their place on IDEVAW wasn't the best way of demonstrating how there is no conflict of interests here eh?
You patriarchy-pandering fools.

Olivia Coleman, Paloma Faith and Jameela Jamil (who refers to herself in the third person in her own tweet – always a negative) condemn ‘violence and hostility’ – helpfully placed in quote marks so we know it isn’t literal violence and hostility – against trans women*. Is an argumentum ad celebrity now a valid form of argument?
* but fuck those non-binary types and trans males, apparently, because I suppose the former are neither one sex nor the other, and the latter are males, so by definition neither group can be victims of violence against women, end of, shut up..or some such.
