Maybe what was in her was an awareness of the difference between solidarity and bullying. The joke is she is one of them, but she didn’t love the bullying.

Yeah, see, here is the thing, real journalists do not join the mob and then try to claim to be journalists. That just makes them part of the mob.
Frankly, I admire her restraint in dealing with these bullies. She is a much better person than I will ever be.
Good on that lady, they should not have been doing that. This is just a gift for conservatives.
I’m the same way. Provide a cogent argument that I should do something, and I’ll probably do so enthusiastically.
Demand that I do something, even something I agree with, and I may refuse on principle. Especially if the demand involves raising my arm in some kind of salute.
