It’s “Trans Day of Remembrance.”
But there haven’t been any. Not this year and not last year.
Do the police ever celebrate Women’s Remembrance Day? Do they ever get photos taken of themselves standing up and looking serious about the many murders of women that are committed every year?
Notice they don’t include sex in their “We will continue to act against those who target someone because of their religion, race, sexual orientation, disability or transgender identity.” I guess it’s ok to target women.
There is no Women’s Remembrance Day. It doesn’t exist.

It is important to hold a Transgender Day of Remembrance for living ‘trans’ people, because how else are they going to get that satisfying glow from being appreciated?

Holy shit, there have been no trans people murdered in the UK for multiple years in a row, and they still maintain the genocide narrative?? The dishonesty of this movement is staggering. I’m so used to looking at this question using US data due to the larger population, I just assumed there were murdered trans people in the statistics of every nation, but in smaller numbers.
And of course even those trans people that are murdered are not necessarily murdered for being trans per se, many killings are for unrelated reasons. There are so few killed specifically for being trans that wikipedia has a page listing those individually. Imagine trying to do the same for any other demographic! Of course there is the usual caveat that the figures known are likely to be underreports: we don’t know all trans people murdered, as trans status is poorly defined for one and inconsistently reported for another, and we don’t always know the motive for a murder; but even with that we can conclude what the known figures show: no genocide. Again and again, no genocide.

How can we even know how many trans people have been murdered? If self-declaration erases every trace of ‘real’ sex, every murdered trans person would be listed under their claimed sex. Just like every trans rapist.
Am I right that the trans people who are actual victims are more frequently Black or Latino than White?
