I don’t understand the point.
Instead of Allison Bailey, this Joss character wishes that Debbie Hayton were the one in hospital. Instead of a black lesbian, he wishes it were a “traitor” trans woman.
I don’t get the point of saying that.
Another element of dishonesty in that tweet: no one was going to accuse him of myriad things for “not showing a huge amount of sympathy” for Allison Bailey. It’s okay to not show a huge amount of sympathy. It’s okay to not show a modicum of sympathy. Hell, it’s even fine to not show any sympathy at all – I haven’t done so, and no one has accused me of even a single thing, let alone a myriad.
No, the accusations aren’t being made due to insufficient sympathy, they are being made for delighting in someone’s ill health/injury.
I suppose the point is to show that he knows how to do irony. Your ordinary literal-minded woman-hating trans guy would just explain why Allison deserves all this venom, while Pryor is so clever that he gives it a twist.

Can I suggest you dream of driving down any road in Queensland. Squashed poisonous cane toads add an extra surface to all roads, and cut down on tyre wear.

bBlack, and Not Straight, and therefore theoretically immune from criticism, unless guilty of Wrongthink. Which she is. But in case her Identity carries more weight than her heresy, he can think of a white person he hates more, so […carry the y…HE is immune from criticism for possible Wrongthink.
