Ohhhh it’s only the real threats that are a problem
The abject stupidity around this subject is breathtaking.
Fascinating, Sturgeon, but how does anyone know which are the “trans women” and which are the abusive men? How do you know that zero abusive men claim to be trans women? How is anyone supposed to know for absolute certain that all trans women are sincerely deluded as opposed to seizing an obvious opportunity to abuse women and get away with it? How does anyone know what the real threats are? How do you know what the real threats are? How do you justify being so cavalier and so smug about this?
Sturgeon and Gardner are women. They really should know better.
This is a pretty good summation of the entirety of trans activism.
They’ve solved Shrodinger’s Rapist, but they’re assuming that all women and girls know the answer so they refuse to spell it out.
Translation: Real feminists should welcome blokes who dress up in drag into womens’ washrooms, toilet blocks and other standard ‘women only’ facilities.

“Trans women are not a threat to women.” Oh yeah? A single exception would refute her entire premise, and even if there were no known exceptions, it would be a poor argument since of course there could be an exception. As it happens we have tons of exceptions. These people can’t think their way out of a wet paper bag.
Along with the “how can you possibly know that?” angle there’s the “what is the likelihood?” angle. Is it likely that zero trans women have any hostility toward women at all given the past decade and more of telling everyone to hate women who say no to trans women? Haven’t trans women been pretty much coached to hate women with a burning passion? Don’t we see many of them acting that out at every protest and march and all over social media?
