Do I understand her correctly? Because it seems she is saying that the reason she doesn’t has such clients, is that she doesn’t take them.

Sounds like they’re being treated like women. They should be happy about that. Much validation.
They don’t actually want to be treated like women. They want the life they lived as a male to continue, lesbians to have sex with them, people to call them she/her, and live happily ever after.
Haven’t they ever heard the one about having cake and eating it?
I know the UK has had incidents, proven, of a transwoman raping female inmates. Do we have a concrete case in the US?

Indeed. The genitalia these men really want are those of the women they’re demanding imprisonment with, and Matychuk is doing her bit to help out.

Do prisons allow ‘women’s clothing’ by which I think she means skirts and dresses? I was under the impression all inmates, male and female, were given pants and shorts. And after a bit of googling, I see not a single prisoner in a skirt in Australian, USA or UK prisons.

I am a strong supporter of body autonomy and each person having the right to make decisions for themselves, but I think you’ll find imprisonment messes with most people’s schedules. Also, contrary to claims made, cosmetic surgeries to somewhat resemble the other sex are not actually health care and should never have been classified as such.
Again, the surgeries are cosmetic only and do not change ones sex. They should not be transferred at all.
Blair White here interviews a trans identified male who had “bottom surgery”, regrets it, and is now going back to identifying as a male. The man, known as Shapeshifter, is furious at the lies and mistreatment by caregivers and the “trans community”. He wishes someone would have told him it was fine to present as feminine, wear dresses and makeup, change his name, but it is not possible to become a woman. Lots of medical problems, not able to have sex let alone orgasm. All the stats trans activists tout are wrong. It’s a tragic and gut wrenching interview.

The official ‘trans story’ is of effeminate young boys exposed to rape and abuse in men’s prisons. This has been a stock image, backed by honest reporting, for a century or two.
BUT…it is not the same story as that of violent misogynist cross-dressers looking for access to female victims.
