NightCrow, thank you for that link to that official summary of her case. Its level of overview with detail is just right for me to start following her case from this point forward.
Her appeal interests me very much now. I am not claiming the Stonewall Diversity Champions scheme is illegal. But this Wikipedia page on racketeering (in the US) is interesting for comparison.
